I'm 23-19 right now after a 7 game win streak. Tied for first with Minnesota. These are some team stats through 37 games (I've played 43).

My team has been strong offensively but inconsistent. I released Magglio and was able to get Guerrero to DH for me. He was leading the AL in hitting for Baltimore but has cooled down since the trade.

Jackson as you can see started off slow but I have gotten his average up to .235. He also has 3 homers and one big one that won a big game in Minnesota. Guzman was a cheap free agent pick up who I hoped would give me some stability all around the infield. He kept hitting and I have been starting him at third for the past 3 few weeks and he is hitting .330. He's been great with RISP and has had plenty of big hits.
The middle of the order has been strong with Martinez (.317/7/25), Boesch (.289/3/30), Raburn (.275/4/15), and Guillen (.297/4/20). Escobar has been great for the 2 hole hitting .325 since the trade.
Boesch was driving in big runs so I benched Magglio because he was struggling. Then I needed a spark after a huge slump and that's how I got Guerrero.

Then my pitching. Verlander, Scherzer, have been very good. Penny, Coke, and Porcello are coming around. Valverde and Benoit both started off slow but I have slowly been getting their ERA's back to a normal level. Zumaya and Schlereth have been great for me. Schlereth has been a late innings guy for me and has only been scored on 3 times in 15 appearances.
Manny Corpas and Escobar were good pickups for me. I picked up Corpas after Perry went down for a week. I currently have Perry closing in AAA, Corpas was pitching to well to send down. Escobar has been an innings eater in long relief.
I have Andy Oliver in Triple A Toledo who I am considering bringing up. Coke has struggled and Oliver would be a nice lefty to give a shot. But Coke gave me 8 scoreless his last start, so it will have to wait.
Right now after 43 games, Cabrera is 2nd in MVP voting. He's hitting .345 with 14 HR and 36 RBI. He leads in RBI and is 2nd in HR. Verlander is leading all AL starters in All Star Votes (5-2, 2.52 ERA) and Escobar is leading Jeter in votes for Shortstops.
My offense is coming back to earth, the many guys I have hitting .330-.350 are coming back to down to the .300 range with the exception of Cabrera. I definitely feel like this is the most realistic numbers I have ever had in a baseball game and I'm cruising through the season.
