Yeah I usually do but all my other ps2 memory cards were maxed out (I probably could've made room) and figured I'd just be careful enough with it. And that's when it always happens, when you get to comfortable. That's also why I like the new systems more though (only own 360 currently but I know ps3 can do it), I just plug in a usb stick and have a save from every day of the season.

Unable to right now, if I had the money I'd gladly jump on it. School sucked all my money out of me, although I will start working again soon now that summer is coming so hopefully I'll be able to have enough for a ps3 and still enough for school at some point.

I hear ya with school. I went back for a 2nd degree this last semester. I probably won't be buying many games the rest of the year as I just landed an Internship that will require me to work 25 hours a week (I do get tuition paid and I will be paid on top of that), plus take my usual course load and then work my weekend job.

Sorry again about the bad luck with the save. I'd be punching holes in the walls if it were me.

Do you think you might get MLB 11 for the PS2? I know it doesn't have new controls, but at least you'd have Target Field and somewhat updated rosters. I'd be curious to hear how it plays, as I still play MLB 09 on my PS2 from time to time.

      MLB The Show 25 (PS5)

Yeah I was thinking about it. It all depends if my friends family will use his ps3 while he's gone (he's deploying), because he said I could take it as long as they didn't need it. In that case I'd just buy MLB 11 for ps3, but if that doesn't come through I'll probably just buy MLB 11 for ps2 and get a breath of fresh air with the new players and target field.

I decided to allow the CPU to automatically assign my 25-man after Spring Training. I've gotta say, Brandon Belt is a beast!!! I admittedly don't know anything about this dude...or SF's farm system as a whole, but Google is about to get hit up here very soon. Belt already has cracked a few homers and plays a very good 1B.

Andres Torres is struggling at lead-off. We face Chris Carpenter next, so...I'd gather tonight may not be the night he gets things rolling. Freddy Sanchez is probably better suited for that leadoff roll, but it's way too early for me to be tinkering with the lineup. I think.
Haha I just started my giants franchise as well. As for your leadoff situation put Tejada there (hitting over 300 with two jacks one being a walkoff 2 run shot to win the Cardinals series).

I also created Bonds for my team hitting 3rd. Shut up all haters don't wanna hear it lol. Oddly enough he's hitting great but hasn't hit the first career homer yet haha.

I've thrown 2 CG with lincecum with a combined 3 ER, and a CG with Bumgarner which was the game tejada walked off even though Bumgarner gave up 4 runs.

Aubrey Huff also has 4 jacks already. I would also recommend platooning Burrell and Ross in RF (Burrell against RHP and Ross against LHP).

Also I'm 8-1 never had this good a start won the first 6 straight, and guess how big a lead I have in the west I'm actually back a .5 game to the 9-1 Rockies lol.

Tejada single handedly won a game for me a few nights back. Two huge RBI singles when my back was against the wall. It was pretty sweet. This is why I like him hitting lower in the order. But now, I think he's hitting 7th. That may be too low. I'm not sure.

I already platoon Ross with Huff. Is Burrell bad against lefties? I'll have to check later.

Good luck man. How does you 'Bonds' look?

I have a Cubs chise and 9 games in we are 7-2. Zambrano's ERA is 0 through 16 innings and he's 2-0. Our team ERA is like 1.88. Pena has 7 homers and 11 RBIs!!

I made him look bout as close as I could lol not that great with faces. He's hitting good .343 0HR 4RBI heading into the first game in the second dodgers series just wish he'd get the long ball going. However he's been a doubles machine even got a 2 out triple that turned into the winning run on a wild pitch.

I thought the same about tejada but he hits so well he's lead off 4 games for me with doubles, I've scored in the first inning in 7 games so far with him leading off with Kung-Fu 2nd and Bonds third.

Just hit the first with bonds to tie the game 2-2 in the 4th right after I posted lol weird.

Edit: Barry just went deep again to extend our lead 3-5 and the beard shut um down and struck out Gibbons to seal the deal.

Finished a 3 game set vs. the Mets @ the TED.
Game 1 went to the Mets. I was dominating by CY of the Mets. Losing 4-1.
Game 2 went to the Mets. I was dominating by Dillion Gee, who was filling in for Dickey. Losing 2-1.
Game 3 I salvaged a victory. Hudson kept me close vs. Santana. 1-1 until the btm of the 6th. Heyward with one on base, crushes a 375ft bomb down the right field line. Making it 3-1.
I wasn't satisfied, btm of the 8th, Chipper 2B, McCann 2B, Chipper scored and Uggla 2B, McCann scored. Those 2 runs gave me a 5-1 lead and that was the final.

I off to LA for the four game set vs. the Dodgers.

I love the Braves rotation, even traded Derek Lowe just to get Mike Minor in the rotation. Having problems scoring runs though, i'm at 2/game but luckily the pitching keeps me in games. Freddie Freeman is a surprise, maybe even ROY worthy if he can do better Beachy's magnificent ERA.

Started a chise with the pirates and went 80-82. McCutchen had a great year. So far ive made a lot of trades and brought in a lot of youth to help in the lineup, but i need more pitching. Ill post my lineup later.
