For the most part you enjoy the build tho? I’m not too worried about the handles personally I’m not a dribbler I tend to use angles and quick passes. I wish there was a way to have higher passing without having to have high handles/playmaker. I love making the extra pass and playing d but outside of lockdown playmaker shot creator lockdown only thing I can think of for corner 3 people sag off my powerforward and I can knock down 3’s now not the best burn well enough to keep my defender out the paint if playing with a true center.

Also you think the small forward of this build is better than say sg or 6’7 pg?

I actually made the SF variant for the SC/Lockdown. In terms of badges, I prefer the badges you get from SF even though Pg does get gold ankle breaker over bronze...that didnt bother me much since I dont tend to over dribble, more of a pass and move guy. I think it really depends on personal playstyle when it comes to which position you are more accustomed to. Pretty much you'll be good in everything but not great offensively which works for me since I like the options. One thing really dangerous about this build is the triple threat situations you can work off of around the mid range. I was fast and strong enough to blow by most people with the first step but also tall enough to just rise up and shoot (gold mid range deadeye needed.) Of course, you also got your step backs and spin jumpers you can use at the right time really makes it a headache for people trying to read you.

Defenisvely, you're going to be a beast....I was able to consistently guard the pick and roll without the need to switch. There were times where I would guard pure sharps and literally see them giving up the ball as soon I step up on them.
They can't blow past me because they would get the shoved back animation so no left right cheese allowed. Also, making him at 6'9 helps a lot on playing the passing lanes. I can't remember how many times I would get deflections into turnovers or just straight up lebron-esque intercepting the ball and tomahawking it on the other end on park. Most people don't see you playing the lanes. Overall, defensively its really where the build shines.

It's not a cheesy speedboosting pull up 3 from almost half court kinda build so we are safe lol. If you have decent bball iq this build is most complete.

Thanks man much appreciated. I’m def gonna make the build just wanted to hear from people that tried it previously. I’m tired of playing walk on games and seeing people not be able to guard or switch so need a vertasile build that impact the game with out a ton of touches

So my main player is a 6'8 SC primary, playmaker secondary SG. I got my ball control maxed to speed boost (86) on the 1st capbreaker after you are already a 90 if anybody was curious about that build.

I wanna make a pure playmaker.

I am trying to decide between

                  6'7 PG
                  6'8 to 6'10 SF

I am mostly concerned with having the best combo of size and speed.

6'9 seems to be the best for playing 1 thru 5.

But 6'7 seems to be the best for playing 1-3.

6'8 seems to be the best compromise, plus you get the highest dribble moves.

                  But I already have a 6'8 SC/Playmaker....no point in making a 6'7 Pure Playmaker...

                  I think I should just do 6'9...

Just started a new bulild with a pure sharp

Any suggestions on releases? I'm using Korver and it actually seems to be decent. I had quite a few greens in the prelude but always looking to get a better one

6'7 if you want 87 speed & 87 speed with ball
6'8 is the highest you can go to to have ball control over 91 (elite rhythm dribbles)
6'9 is the tallest you can go to have passing over 90
6'10 if you want the best height

I want to make a pure playmaking SF as well once I get enough VC saved up, have no idea what height I want lol I'm torn between 6'6 - 6'10

I have a 6'6 pure playmaker; when I was looking through the attributes, I remember that the speed/attribute drop off by going 6'7 didn't seem worth it to me for only 1 inch extra of height.

If you're going bigger, then just go all the way to 6'10, but remember you don't get HoF ankle breaker on SF's.

My shot creating slasher SG won’t get speed boost until ball handling is fully upgraded....AKA never because I don’t play this 24/7 lol. Still 2-3 bars left in that.

But I mean to say that I guess I’ve come to realize that it’s actually not a big deal. If you play with good teammates who don’t interfere with your lanes, this archetype will eat. At first I wasn’t the biggest fan of it, but the badges are more important.

My friend has this archetype also SG.

Great against bad to mediocre opponents.

Not so much against good opponents but his shot is shaky so I guess if you have a good shot to go with the finishing then it could work.

I like my shooting guards to be able to shoot lol.

Yea the speed from 6'4 (99 speed) drops about 4 in all speed attributes per inch every time you make him taller.

SF is the better choice for me, I'd rather have silver defensive stopper than a Silver badge for Acrobat (since I rarely do those moves).

shot creating slasher IMO is only a good build (for park and probably Pro AM) if you have teammates that understand when/how to pass and utilize you to your strengths. It's really not the greatest ISO, 1v1 build, you need to find open space or be facilitated properly.

My little brother, always my park teammate, has dominated offensively on driving contact dunks / reverse layups.
