I don't think that teenage mutant ninja turtles has shown that it has that potential. Like I said earlier, the other movies were pretty stupid.

If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)

First movie had potential in the first half. Second movie was definite cheese.

Still, some of the recent incarnations of the animated series have been lauded and the comics seems to go in cycles.

I loved the 2nd movie lol. Really, I mean, what exactly would one's expectations be for a movie featuring 4 ninja turtles and a rat? I'm not watching them for in depth story lines or plot twist.

That's what I'm saying. I think that this will be a dumb entertaining movie. I just don't get why this series is taken so seriously that any change leads to people getting upset.

Ok, I see where you're coming from now. Me personally, I would just like it to stay true to the older movies or cartoons. I don't want some weird twist or some guy trying to be creative and changing things just for the hell of it.

The property is Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Dude is changing the core of what the story is supposed to be. I don't see how it's a problem that people take issue to changing pretty much the entire core of the story. Minor changes are fine, but changing the very core of the story is not. If you want some all new original story of something then drop the license and make that movie. Don't take a SUCCESSFUL established property and then **** it up because you wanna get creative all of a sudden. That's like making Robocop and make him a robot built from scratch from the jump and not a cyborg.

Some new info on what the Turtles, Shredder and Splinter will look like:

Idle Hands, has gotten their hands on some details regarding action figures created for the Michael Bay-produced Teenage Mutant Ninja Turltes. This information provides some juicy info on what the Turtles, Shredder and Splinter may look like in the film.

Thank goodness they ditched that stupid Alien nonsense they were leaning towards at first.

There's gotta be something we don't know or this thing is gonna be heavily CGI-ed after the fact.

I'm going to assume that those were early reference photos for potential designs of the turtles. There is no way that would pass as that actual look that makes it on screen. No way.

It looks like the movie's tie in children's costume.

I don't like the jeans, 90s necklaces and sunglasses, but kind of dig the tat.
