I have gotten a lot of great results mixing the ideas of Josh and tc020791...I wanna post what I have here since it is because of the info in this thread that has resulted in the sliders I've pieced together that I am really liking; at the same time I do not wanna come off as trying to hijack the thread, so if there is a problem i'd be understanding and gladly start a new thread....

4th what's your reasoning for the 1's instead of 0's? I also lean more toward IG low..it just seems that QB's are better at low IG..

I also have came up with a base very similar to yours 4thQtr. Major difference is I have thresh at 19 because anything lower and I average 5 ypc minimum every game.

I saw some strange things with some of the penalties at o; and I have always had a hypothesis that the Madden engine doesn't handle zeros very well....

I have made some adjustments which I am going to paste in this post; I too am trying to tone down the user run game...I made these adjustments while playing as the Cowboys against the falcons...I hope it is a start in the right direction...Mainly I lowered human run block and fumble and tackle to 1, and increased CPU run blocking to 40 and fumle to 50 and tackle to 53....

With the low IG, I am seeing QB's like Rodgers and Ryan scramble and throw the ball away...So much better with IG at 1 IMO...

Since moving False Start to 1, the CPU team, Falcons, got 2 false starts so far in the game i'm currently playing which is almost to half-time...The cowboys, which I'm controlling, got 1 unnecessary roughness for hitting a receiver out of bounds; that was a non user player who got the penalty on my cowboys.

I'm playing against Kaep right now with IG @ 50 and so far, half way thru the 4th, he has 6 carries 56 yards. Only one of those carries was a designed run and it only went for 3 yards.

Final score was Packers(me) 32 - 49ers 27

I played in 16mph winds in a night game in SF and it definitely affected the QBs which I thought was awesome. I'm very close to you 4thQtr with my QB acc at 6/9. Rodgers went 21/38 (55%) 316yds 1TD 2Int
Both INT were my fault on poor decisions. Kaep went 13/27 (49%) 238yds 1TD 1Int. The 49ers also dropped a few more passes than me which dropped Kaep's percentage a little as well.

This game is really coming together. I hadn't played it in months really but since this patch I haven't put it down.

From your info and what I am witnessing, this game really is coming together and showing its potential....I will continue to update my findings as I match up with different teams with different strengths and weaknesses..
