Try 12 minute quarters. They work with any time of course. But 10 minutes is the lowest I could suggest from a simulation statistical point of view.

I think with 12 minutes you will still get great games and stat's. Once you start playing under 12 minutes you may not get the statistical accuracy you want if that is important to you. Also the flow of the game (momentum) is not as evident the shorter you play.

I would try 10 minutes. I get that you don't have an hour or an hour and half to play. I feel ya.

I am getting crunched for game time myself. Life happens.

Thanks man, will try them 12 min because I really care about stats and like simulation gameplay but I'm 32 years old (yeah I know I'm old but I'm playing this since 90's so madden is my main game) and I work during a day + I have a kid so my gameplay time is at night mostly and I would like to play 2-3 (hours) games instead of 1 game maybe 2, before i get tired.

Careful calling yourself old at 32...I'm 39. One thing that I've started doing is super-simming possessions to cut down on the time it takes to get a full game in. I'm sure it messes with some of the stats a bit but it does help.
