1. I've answered this question many times, you will get different results, can't say if it'll be better or worse but game speed and speed threshold affect the sliders the most. I would suggest getting used to slow game speed if you want best results or try it on normal and see how it goes

2. No house rules just don't use assists (ball hawk, heat seeker, ex..) and turn off On Field Visual feedback

I just adjusted fumbles from 55 to 58,seeing a bit too many fumbles, it's not bad just not liking the amount I've seen in one game

Wait so raising fumbles makes them less likely to happen?

So I just ran into an issue that I hope gets addressed with a patch , it is obviously a bug but when in a two-minute drill with no timeouts I threw a long pass down the field and was trying to hurry and no huddle but the CPU player was laying on the floor on my side of the ball I could not snap the ball as he just laid there until the play clock run down to zero giving me a penalty. That was 24 seconds wasted and the clock was down to only 4 seconds so it ruined my chance of getting a field goal before the half ended.
