Just as I slam Buerhle, he surprises me and gives up 1 run in a solid outing. Too bad the bullpen couldn't hold the lead, but we won which is a good thing.

Yeah I thought Ortiz pitched pretty well. It'd look a lot better if the Jays could've had more than one stinkin' hit.
      lol, I actually made it

Also, it can't be a coincidence that multiple seasons the Jays have injuries happening all over the place(especially to pitchers)? Maybe there is something wrong with trainers,strength/conditioning guys or something cause it can't just be coincidence we're having same things happening over and over again regarding injuries.

Look at the Sens for NHL, guys did go down alot, but their training staff did fairly good job and got guys back earlier than they should have been(not by rushing them, but cause they helped those guys alot, that they recovered real fast), and thanks to that, Sens are in 2nd round of playoffs now.

While I agree with what you're saying, I would also add that the players the team has been adding have had spotty injury records ie. Josh Johnson, Reyes, and even Dickey to a lesser degree

Listening to Blue Jays Central and the panel talking about Ricky and how he's been mishandled to the point where it's highly unlikely that he'll be able to be decent again with the Jays. I think we all agree that this is the case sadly although the Jays owe him $22 million over the next 2 years.

If only the RL Jays were doing as well as my Jays in OOTP 14 lol

I hope i'm not jinxing it but nice to see the Jays walloping the Sox so far. Chad Jenkins has been quite good.

Jenkins pitched solidly and we got guys on base and actually drove them in . Great game and this is the way I thought we'd play before the season started. 4-3 road trip solid base to build on.

So Melky gets his World Series ring tonight. Maybe that'll inspire him to have a great day at the plate.

                    Nice to see another win.

Hopefully Jays can start going on hot streaks alot. Just need to go 25-17 to be .500 at the halfway mark of the season

Hopefully, the starters continue to deliver strong performances while the offense continues to click. Some healthy bodies back wouldn't hurt either

                        Re: 2013 Toronto Blue Jays

Any Jays fans wanna ballot stuff?

I did the math, and it's fairly easy for people(assuming they were able to get a large enough amount of dedicated fans) to vote in whoever they wanted for all star game(ballot stuffing basically).
2012 took around 3M votes to be voted in all star game. Assuming a player hasn't gotten a single vote so far....If 2400 people voted 25 times a day for 51 days(voting ends in 51 days), that guy would get voted in for sure!

If you vote even ONCE,to revote(since you're allowed to revote 24 more times), all you have to do is enter the security code. So voting in general should take like 5minutes total(depending how fast you can type security code over and over again)

Well hopefully Morrow will be able to make his next start after taking a break tonight. Apparently he has a neck problem but Gibby says he should make his next start so Ortiz is starting again tonight.

The craziest thing about getting healthy I heard last night was that AA apparently said that Reyes may be back in late June. That's pretty quick considering the injury he had.

I guess it was only a matter of time before the hitters would catch on to what Mottola was preaching. Nice mini sweep of the Giants.

They destroyed the Giants in both games.

Late June is 10 weeks or so. They expected 2-3 months. It's right on target.
