Past 3 nights in a row, I've gone on (4) 20+ win streaks.

      1. Shot Creating Sharpshooter
His shooting badges are absolutely NUTS, he's our leading scorer.
GOLD: Catch & Shoot, Deep Range Deadeye, Limitless, Corner Specialist, Difficult Shots, Midrange Deadeye - this dude rarely misses.

      2. Playmaking Defender (me)
Nobody can score on me and my help defense, due to my speed at 6'8 is incredible. I've been averaging 3 steals and 2 blocks per game minimum - opposing players are lucky to shoot 20% against me.
GOLD Defensive Stopper and Silver Rim Protector on this guy with such good speed is so underrated.
Having silver Dimer just puts me over the top when hitting the open guy for 3. If nobody plays help defense, I'll beat me guy off the dribble and bang on them with Silver Posterizer.

      3. Sharpshooting Rim Protector
Weird build right? I didn't think this would work, but man, this guy is a defensive beast. GOLD Rim Protector and Defensive Stopper is incredibly helpful, GOLD Chase Down Artist is icing on the cake.

For some reason, this trio for me has been virtually unstoppable this past week. All in all, I think we've gone roughly 125-5. We lose 2 games to a pure sharpshooter cheese (the shot creating sharpshooter didn't play good defense). The other 3 games, our open 3s simply weren't falling consistently, which happens.

What I wanted to reiterate is, GOLD defensive badges are severely underrated in park. I negate everyone's shooting badges and drop their attributes significantly, it's been unbelievably effective.
I like your lineup I have a sharpshooting defender and always wanted to run with two other defenders as well to annoy the hell out of people lmao even for just a few games. Are you on PS4?

Re: Dual Archetypes Confirmed... Thoughts? Combinations?

        Hi,

I play a Rebounding/Defense PF with 90ovr. Mostly NBA and some Park/Pro-AM games. I'm kinda good at defense, rebounding and dunks.

Now I would like to try another build, this time I want to play a point guard.

I want to be able to take midrange shots and easy layups, use dribble moves and pick and rolls, minimum average defending skills and be able to deliver good assists.

Now i can't decide between a playmaking Shot Creator or a defending Shot Creator, which type would you recommend, what are the pro and cons of those 2 builds? I thought about a defending playmaker too, but this build seems to be unable to score at all

I never used dribble moves with my PF, but now I want to get used to it with this build. I read that the playmaking SC is able to "speed boost" and use extra dribble moves - what exactly does this mean and is it worth it?

Am I able to play solid defense with the playmaking shot creator? I mean I know how to defend but this type misses a lot of defensive badges.

At the end i would like to know which height, weight and wingspawn you would recommend for this builds

Please give me some feedback to help me decide. I would be very thankful for any answer.

Right now I have a 90 OVR Slashing/ Shot creator SG, but I want to try something different. I want to make a 6'10 SF The Way 3 Pointers are falling right now, my two options are Pure sharp or Playmaking Sharp. Anybody have these builds or care to give me their opinions?

If you choose to go for a shot creator/defender, I would make him slightly taller than normal for a PG, at least 6'4 so you can also defend average height guys without them jumping over you too easily.

Now as for what archetype you should choose, it really depends. Do you prefer good offense and good defense, with OK playmaking - or good offense and good playmaking, with OK defense. Personally I would go for the shot creator/lockdown route, but it's really up to you.

Re: Dual Archetypes Confirmed... Thoughts? Combinations?

Tip: there is no reason to go minimum weight. Always go to the median weight between the weight that doesn't give you any bonuses or negatives and the max weight.

You don't lose much in speed but you do gain alot in strength. You lose 2-3 points in speed but gain about 15-20 points in strength than if you were to go minimum weight.

                Yep, on PS4.

Ran with the same lineup again, went 10-0 then we all hopped off to head to VC management because we're greedy and wanted the VC.

Equipped the same trio introduction to taunt people.

                Then went 13-0.

We're currently on a 53-0 streak in the park lol

Badge wise, depends on what you value more.

Defender secondary will give you Silver defensive badges (stopper, pick pocket, pick dodger etc)

Playmaking secondary will give you Silver dimer, p&r, fast break etc (and 3 HOF badges compared to 0)

Playmaker is much faster, especially with the ball, as well as a better shooter.

Hard to answer without knowing how you play or if you prefer defense over scoring/passing/speed.

Sounds like playmaking Shot Creator is better for you . I think Shot / defender is a great guard build but your ballhandling suffers a lot . The other build still gets you def stopper bronze. Def is a bout average . Very popular build

I low key think the most popular build is a playmaking shot creator PG.

Every single time I play in the park, I come across at least 1 playmaking shot creator PG lol
