I'm running a PG sharpshooting shot creator. I did a little research and saw some of the positives of double shot creators, but for me I dont play a ton of playground games and I didn't want a build based off someone else's ratings I wanted my own play style. I am with the Clippers and 6'7 And run the P&R through Blake Griffin a d the roster is built perfectly for a PG. I've never been a huge ankle breaker style player in 2k, but I pick and pop very well and have gold in catch and shoot, deadeye, and limitless range.

The secondary layup traits are high enough and positives for me, and I made myself 190lbs as I didn't want to be too too slow and added some speed back. I wish I had researched more specs prior, but it's all about playing with a style that works for you not the most overpowered one.

Can someone tell me what is the Ben Simmons build?
I get that is a Slashing Playmaker SF?
What about weight, height and wingspan?
Also why is it so famous, the badges dont seem so good...

I googled Ben Simmons hieght and weight he’s 6’ 10 230 so that’s the build. For wingspan i think i put mine at around 82”. That should be a little over average. I didn’t want them long or short. In real life Bens arms are probably very long that’s why he sucks at shooting jumpers


It’s the most versatile build in terms of attributes and badges. I really don’t get how you say the badges aren’t that good.


I call it the Swiss Army knife build. Does EVERYTHING good. But nothing elite. Now if you wanna do one thing ELITE then this ain’t your build. But if you wanna be able to hop on ANY squad and be effective this is the way

I completely agree.

That's one of the reasons I'm haven't started playing outside the Prelude. The other reason is I'm waiting for potential real life trades to happen. But the last thing anyone wants to happen them to take time to develop and spend a lot of VC on a player and realize that it isn't the build for them.

I have over 66K VC saved up. I don't want to put it onto a player without certainty its a build I like and wouldn't want to restart because of major trade in real life

I see... I think 6'8'' is better though... It has 86 ball control vs 81 at 6'10'' (which means you can speed boost at 6'8'') and it also has 83 speed, 76 speed with ball and 84 acceleration vs 74,68,75

So weird. My sharpshooting defender who is slower at sf gets gold pick dodger. They messed up.

It's so annoying having 2k deciding which upgrade unlock when you hit 100%

You grind af and then you have unlocked an useless stamina as reward

Only guard def / Sharp it def / slasher get pick dodger gold . They don’t get rim protector at all like SFs ( silver )
