Re: Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
SpoilerHow dare you insult us! lol Being wolf is straight beast mode but you cant go into it thinking its your main thing. You should consider it a last resort in certain situations rather than some mode that you are constantly in walking around town like its normal to be a wolf. If you wolf mode in a town of course you get the buisness just like if a vampire strolls into town.
Heres how I use it as a full heavy 2H Redgaurd. Im pretty powerfull as is so I hardly ever use the mode unless I'm bored. If I run into a dungeon and realize its full of bandits, ill turn and **** **** up so quick just to speed things up. Its so easy fearing them with your roar and ravaging them while they are cowarding. So a rundown, you cast it when youre in a dungeon or cave, not in a city or town. If they are all humans and you wanna flash past them, turn.
The loss of menus etc is a fair price for such a beast mode with relatively small consequences. You can control when it ends by quick waiting an hour.
But like I said, I dont use it often at all but it is awesome to have it in your back pocket.SpoilerI'm ashamed at how long it took me to realize that. I kept waiting the 3 minutes for it to wear off. Then it dawned on me and I couldn't believe it..Celtics Bruins Sox Eagles Liverpool

Re: Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
I finally found out how to move bodies and items on the Xbox 360. Just hold down A on a person, thing, or body and drag. I can only imagine what my companions are thinking when I move a bandit corpse into the fire.
So far I've completedSpoilerthe Dark Brotherhood Quest line, Civil War Quest Line, and Companion Quest line. All have been incredibly well done, with Civil War being the weakest. I really enjoyed the Companion quests.Comment

And I've also did the bandits on the fire. Some wierd fascination we have I guess
Just one more night of "a life" and I can get back into the game more! Can't wait to see what the future holds in the "Skyrim Life"!Joshua:

In retrospect of course they are scrambled. You pick and choose your order. But yeah it still happened around the 3rd missionLast edited by kingkilla56; 11-15-2011, 10:07 AM.Comment

I've pretty much reserved myself to never using it except when traveling long distances because of the fast sprint and quick stamina regen. The no diseases effect is nice though, event though it's at the cost of the sleep exp bonus.
Also, one thing I don't know is can you go on a rampage in beast mode, and not gain a bounty? You'd think not as you can't tell your identity, but games can be weird like that.

Don't want to double post, but I want to keep this separate from my spoilered post.
Anyway, I just now realized how your supposed to do alchemy right. I had been wasting a ton of ingredients at the Alchemy table trying to figure out effects, turns out your supposed eat the ingredient to find out it's effects.-Ohio State-

Spoiler
Couldn't you just go beast mode, rush through the dungeon, wait an hour at the end of the dungeon to turn back to human form, then backtrack for all your loot?
I hadn't messed with archery at all until here in the last few hours of gameplay. I was carrying around like 500 iron arrows. I switched to steel arrows off a corpse and just that jump alone was enough to make me happy.
I seriously have done nothing buy wander the plains around Whiterun and hunted for the last couple hours. I even have a hunting outfit. (Which is reall just hide armor but I'm normally in Dwarven armor so it's different for me.) Love this game.Last edited by Rouchicus; 11-15-2011, 10:23 AM.PSN - RedSea_RouchComment

Re: Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
Got my Conjuration to 100 and the Conjure Dremora Lord spell, with the perk that allows 2 summons... I seriously just cast those 2 and then walk around and look for books or treasure chests.. they are like blood seeking machines.. Love walking down a pathway and finding decapitated magesComment

Re: Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
I thought decapitation and limb removal was going to be in the game after seeing this in the video.
1:04 there is a decapitation scene and 1:24
