Set everything accordingly. If you want want auto subs and penalties , set everything as I have stated for main menu and for cfm. There are certain settings that affect each other differently. In order to get results they have to specifically be set a certain setting in main menu and in cfm.

If you play with 15 min quarters use fatigue 60 in cfm and 50 main menu

If you use quarters at 12 mins use fatigue at 62 in cfm and 50 in Main Menu
If you use quarters at 10 mins use fatigue 64 in cfm and 50 in Main Menu

I use 15 mins so I use 60 fatigue. I've explained multiple times to everyone if you lower your quarter time you raise your Fatigue.
