Loving these sliders! I did bump my run block up to 35 just due to the fact that I have gotten old and my eyes and reactions are no where near what they used to be.

You may also consider either going ahead and bumping up your run block OR maybe try playing on Very Slow game speed. It breaks down the gameplay to where reactions aren't as fast. The game feels much more crisp and reminds me of when I used to play NFL 2k5 as far as the player movement and feel.
Maybe try both and see how it feels.

Update 8/26/17

Minor Update:

QB Accuracy for both cpu and user raised from 25 to 30.
Reason: I want errant passes but a little less often than I saw on 25.

I had it set at 25 and May Ryan went 24/24 404yards 4 TD. I'm currently trying to get 60%-70% out of the QBS everything else seems to be running fine. I also changed fatigue to 70 because Montgomery had 23 carries. He should be more around 18 per game

I was getting qbs at a little under 60% at qb accuracy 25.
30 is working perfect for me. As for fatigue.. I worry about putting it over 65, don't want RBs to dissappear from the game in the 4th qtr
