    Hanging leg raises are pretty good. I wouldn't think they would bother your back.

        My wod was a “puker”. Lost my cookies.

        2 rounds of this circuit for time:

        21 pullups
        21 burpee to box jumps
        21 back squats
        21 burpee to box jumps
        21 pullups

        Anytime these wods have a name, you know you’re in trouble, and this one was called the “21 Gun Salute”.

            Got in the ring for the first time yesterday to spar one of our guys who has a pro fight coming up soon, definitely have to work on my cardio.. or at least pacing myself.

                Dudes.....(BURP).....I just ate a (BURP)....calzone. God, I'm miserable. This is why (BURP) once you go Paleo, you can't go back to the breads/starches. I'm going to use this garbage (BUUUUUURP) to power my deadlift this evening.

                    I have no scale as i've been resorting to using my friends downstairs, granted it was the one at a grocery store and coming off a week of being kind of sick(which sucked cause I haven't been in a few months and just got into a workout routine) I've lost about albs in a week just by counting calories using an app on my iPhone.

                    Definetly to get a scale off amazon, for some reason I just can't find one at Target or Walmart

                      I got a cheap scale at Wal Mart. They're near the hardware with some home improvement type stuff. I was almost a year without one.

                      Its a blessing and a curse for me. It helps keep me honest and from getting away from where I want to be. On the flipside I put more stock into that than simply looking at myself in the mirror.

                        Yeah I like seeing a # just to know, but considering I like to weight lifting when I workout sometimes it's hard to tell if it goes up if it's just muscle.

                            In my last post I said how I had lost weight all the way down to 174, and somehow I let myself get down to 169 for about a week. I just didn't have it in me to eat a lot at that point.

                            But now I'm chugging along eating 4000 calories a day while lifting. I've been doing that for about 3 weeks now and while losing the weight was a slight setback, I'm already back up to 176 while surpassing all my previous lifting stats (which had hit a brick wall sometime during summer baseball). So really it seems to have been a blessing because it gave me time off of having to eat so much and now I have the drive to eat a lot again.

                            I am not sure what my goal weight is to get to by baseball season next spring, but I have 5-6 months until the season starts and I'm just working as hard as I can to get stronger, gain weight and also keep my speed with sprints.

                              I'll usually weigh myself two or three times a day. Once in the morning, once in the evening after dinner (yeah I know), and after I workout.

                              Surprisingly it doesn't fluctuate too much, but I'm already back to my pre-vacation weight.

                              One of the ladies in my office brought in local, homemade donuts. Must. Fight. Temptation.
