You can, but it's placebo. You're changing settings - telling the game what to do differently. If a patch or tuner is released, there might be some truth and benefit to deleting your profile.

On the other hand, if it'll make to feel better in doing so, go for it. From a logistical standpoint, you should not have to delete an entire profile due to altering settings or sliders.

I deleted mine after the last tuner update. Since then, I've messed with everything; I can distinctly tell the difference between difficulty levels, slider and setting changes, etc.

I've used 90 parity. Set CPU run block between 80-90. I had pass accuracy at 2/2 and pass block at 30/30. I enjoyed it. But, I'm going to roll with 50 parity most likely. Just testing slow vs Normal.
