Edited: This is a pretty good game. They improved animations drastically, but still not there...They're 3/4 there in terms of animations. The graphics are good, presentation is great with pre game routines and commentary storylines ( OVER 100, GETS UPDATED VIA DNA), Dynamic Season is great, Live run is a pick up online mode, team play is improved, the crowd is great. Shooting feels so much better, theres a lot more body contact. The refrees call illegal screens and make pretty good calls. This is a great game. I think this game beats 2k10 this year. Only because online in NbA 2k10 the shootings sliders are extremley high and open shots are barely missed, and my player is hard for pick up players. In NBA LIVE 10 on superstar difficulty, you cant play video game basketball, you have to think analyze and play basketball. If you run ur team properley u will get awarded. ThIS YEAR my rating is a 8.8....Dream game for any basketball fan....TRUsT me on this one...I had 2k9 last year and it was good but 2k10 is mostly the same thing.

Tempered expectations after 4 straight years of well below average games. Demo was better than 09, but still too many awkward WTF moments happening constantly throughout games. Live still needs a few more years of serious polish IMO.

a step above from live 09..Great controls and shooting... But overall lacking presentation..
