Ball physics are a game changer. I liked pulse pitching but have finally went back to analog as it just seems like I am more involved with the pitching motion. Awesome game

Still follows all the great things that I love about the original games, tweaked with enough new/necessary changes that allow the game to be better. Certain aspects of the game still could be improved (dying for a day when the crowd actually goes into a frenzy when their team hits a homerun) which keep me from giving it a perfect score.

This game looks amazing, but has the worst pitching/batting control system I have ever played. The new pulse pitching thing is terrible, and will make you motion sick after a few innings. The new batting scheme is something out of 1999.

Visuals = 9 (player models = 10 - jagged edges on the stadiums =8)
Sound = 7 (same announcers year after year - sounds dull compared to 2k)
Controls = 5 (its pretty obvious Sony is searching for something new to match 2k's awesome controls)
